in a mixing bowl and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Step 3
Divide White Sauce and spread over each
Prepared Pizza Crusts (2)
. Mix
Monterey Jack Cheese (1/4 cup)

Cheddar Cheese (1/4 cup)
, and
Mozzarella Cheese (1/4 cup)
in a bowl.
Step 4
Top each crust with diced
Onion (1)
, cheese blend,
Pulled Pork (1 lb)
, more cheese, and a light drizzle of the white sauce.
Step 5
Use a pizza peel or cutting board to transfer pizza to the grill. Cook each pizza separately for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is brown.
Step 6
Remove from grill and drizzle
Hot Sauce (1/4 cup)
over the top. Slice the pizza and serve. Enjoy!
