Prepare Ceramic BBQ grill or smoker for indirect cooking at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Make White Sauce: Combine Mayonnaise (2 cup), Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 cup), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tablespoon), Granulated Garlic (1/2 tablespoon), Granulated Sugar (1/2 tablespoon), Salt (1 teaspoon), Cayenne Pepper (1/4 teaspoon) in a mixing bowl and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Divide White Sauce and spread over each Prepared Pizza Crust (2). Mix Monterey Jack Cheese (1/4 cup), Cheddar Cheese (1/4 cup), and Mozzarella Cheese (1/4 cup) in a bowl.
Top each crust with diced Onion (1), cheese blend, Pulled Pork (1 pound), more cheese, and a light drizzle of the white sauce.
Use a pizza peel or cutting board to transfer pizza to the grill. Cook each pizza separately for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is brown.
Remove from grill and drizzle Hot Sauce (1/4 cup) over the top. Slice the pizza and serve. Enjoy!
