In a saucepan or heatproof bowl add
Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
Fresh Strawberries (1 cup)
. Muddle the mixture until berries are broken down.
Stir in the
Water (1 cup)
until sugar is dissolved.
Using a sieve strain the cordial.
Stir in a capful of Bacardi Superior rum. Set aside to cool.
Once cooled, measure 0.5 fl oz Cordial, 1 fl oz juice from a
BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (2 fl oz)
into a jar.
Ice (as needed)
into the jar. Secure the top and shake well.
Strain liquid into a coupe glass.
Serve immediately, garnished with a
Fresh Strawberry (1)
