Step 1
Using a knife, peel a strip of peel off a lime. Cut the Limes (2) in half. Then cut another lime into wedges.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice of one lime with a spoon through a fine strainer.
Step 3
Chill a Coupette glass by filling it with Ice (as needed) and using a straw or a bar spoon to stir.
Step 4
Add the Caster Sugar (1/2 Tbsp) , lime juice, and the peel into a glass jar.
Step 5
Using a spoon to gently stir to dissolve the sugar. Then using a shot glass or a jigger to add in BOMBAY Bramble (2 fl oz) .
Step 6
Fill the glass jar with Ice (as needed) . Secure the top and shake well.
Step 7
Empty the ice from the glass. Using the fine strainer to strain the liquid into a Coupette glass.
Step 8
Garnish with a lime wedge. Serve.
