Cooking Instructions

Place the Tomatoes (2), Red Onion (1), Fresh Cilantro (2/3 cup), Garlic (1 clove), 2 Tbsp of Lime Juice (1), Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp), Chili Powder (1/4 tsp), and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a food processor and blitz for 10-30 seconds until blended into fine pieces (Don’t blend for too long, you still want small pieces, not a paste)
