Sea Salt Flakes
Fresh Blueberries (3 cups)
Water (1/2 cup)
Agave Syrup (1/3 cup)
Chili Powder (1/2 tsp)
Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp)

Sea Salt Flakes (to taste)
, and a blueberry.
This can be made up to a week in advance. Keep in the freezer covered, and simply “fluff” the granita with a fork before serving.
Store leftover granita in the freezer covered for up to a month.
