Cooking Instructions

Run your Potatoes (2.2 lb) through a cheese grater. Remove the excess liquid and transfer into a separate bowl.

Into the mixing bowl, mix together All-Purpose Flour (2 Tbsp), Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Egg (1), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
3.
Divide the potato mix into small patties. Cook inside a frying pan with some oil, for about 2 minutes each side.
4.
After cooking all the patties, Bake inside an oven 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) for about 10 minutes.
