In a mixing bowl, add and mix the Egg (1), Dijon Mustard (1 tablespoon), Garlic (1 clove), Mayonnaise (1/4 cup), Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Into the same mixing bowl, also add the Fresh Crab Meat (2 can), and Breadcrumbs (2 cup). Stir everything together. Shape the mixture into small patties and put them on a plate. Put the small patties inside a fridge for about 20 minutes
On a frying pan with some olive oil, cook the patties for 2 minutes on each side.
