Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add and mix the Egg (1) , Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp) , Garlic (1 clove) , Mayonnaise (1/4 cup) , Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp) , Salt and Pepper (to taste) .
Step 2
Into the same mixing bowl, also add the Fresh Crab Meat (2 cans) , and Breadcrumbs (2 cups) . Stir everything together. Shape the mixture into small patties and put them on a plate. Put the small patties inside a fridge for about 20 minutes
Step 3
On a frying pan with some olive oil, cook the patties for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Serve and Enjoy!
