Place Avocado (1), Coconut Cream (1 can), Agave Syrup (1 Tbsp), Pea Protein Powder (2 Tbsp), Tropeaka Ultra Cleanse (1 Tbsp) in a blender and process until creamy. Then add the Xanthan Gum (as needed) and fold it in.

Move mixture to your ice cream maker and process based on manufacturer instructions. Scoop it out and enjoy!
