Cut Steak (2 pound) into smaller pieces.
Add All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup) to ziplock bag, and add steaks, one at a time to ziplock bag to flour meat.
Add Oil (2 tablespoon) to Instant Pot. Turn on Sauté settings. Add steak in batches to Instant Pot. Cook on each side until browned and crispy.
Set cube steak aside. Deglaze bottom of Instant Pot with 3 tablespoons of the Beef Broth (2 cup).
Add Onion (2) and cook them until tender, then return cube steak on top of onions.
Mix remaining beef broth, Cream of Celery Soup (10 1/2 cup), and Lipton Onion Soup Dry Packet (1).
Add sauce mixture over the cube steak and cook on Manual High for 20 minutes. After, quick release pressure.
Turn off Instant Pot and rest for 5 minutes. Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes and enjoy!
