Optional: Drizzle the
Dark Chocolate (1 Tbsp)
around the inside of 1 large glass or two smaller glasses. Place in the freezer to chill while you finish the smoothie.
To make the smoothie, first blend the
Quick Cooking Oats (1/4 cup)
Water (1/2 cup)
for 1 minute to create a quick oat milk base.
Spinach Leaves (1 cup)
Honey (1 Tbsp)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 tsp)
Peppermint Extract (1/4 tsp)
Ice (1 cup)
plus the remaining
Dark Chocolate (2 Tbsp)
and blend until combined. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add more ice.
Serve your Healthy Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie in the chilled glasses, sprinkled with
Dark Chocolate (to taste)
Mint Sprig (1 sprig)
