Combine Bourbon (2 fluid ounce), Luxardo Cherry (1 fluid ounce), Grand Marnier (0.5 fluid ounce), Angostura Bitters (1 dash), and Ground Allspice (1 pinch) in a tumbler or tall glass.
Add ice and stir for 20 seconds. Let sit for a few minutes.
Add one ice cube to each coupe glass. Strain mixture into glasses.
Garnish with Edible Dried Rose Petals (1 pinch) and Whole Clove (1 pinch).
