Step 1
Chop the Fresh Chives (1 1/2 tablespoon). In a medium bowl whisk together Mayonnaise (3/4 cup), Sour Cream (3/4 cup), Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon), 1% Low Fat Milk (1/2 cup), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon) and Worcestershire Sauce (1 1/2 teaspoon) until combined.
Step 2
Stir in crumbled Blue Cheese (1/2 cup) and chopped chives. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
