Chop the Fresh Chives (1 1/2 Tbsp). In a medium bowl whisk together Mayonnaise (3/4 cup), Sour Cream (3/4 cup), juice from Lemon (1), 1% Low Fat Milk (1/2 cup), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp) and Worcestershire Sauce (1/2 Tbsp) until combined.
