Step 1
Boil the
Elbow Macaroni (5 cups)
according to package instructions.
Step 2
In a cooking pot, melt the
Butter (1/4 cup)
and cook together with the
All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup)
for about a minute. Take the pot off the stove and add in the
Milk (4 cups)
a little bit every time.
Step 3
Put the pot back on the stove. When the pot reaches to boil, add and mix the
Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
, and
Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
.
Step 4
Add the pasta back to the pot and cook until it is coated well. Then, place your mixture onto a baking dish, top with some extra cheese and bake under 460 degrees F (240 degrees C) for about 10 minutes.
