Mince the Garlic (2 clove), and chop the Fresh Basil (1 1/2 tablespoon).
Cook Whole Wheat Thin Spaghetti (13.25 ounce) until al-dente, typically around 6 minutes and drain. While pasta is boiling, heat Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) in a medium saucepan. Add in garlic and cook for one minute.
Next, add in Vodka (1/4 cup) and allow the alcohol to cook off. Usually takes about 5 minutes.
Add in can of Canned Crushed Tomatoes (28 ounce), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 teaspoon) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 teaspoon). Cook for 5 more minutes simmering lightly.
Stir in Heavy Cream (1/8 cup) and chopped basil and take off heat. Toss with cooked pasta.
