Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Mince the Garlic (2 cloves) , and chop the Fresh Basil (1 1/2 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Cook Whole Wheat Thin Spaghetti (13.5 oz) until al-dente, typically around 6 minutes and drain. While pasta is boiling, heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a medium saucepan. Add in garlic and cook for one minute.
Step 3
Next, add in Vodka (1/4 cup) and allow the alcohol to cook off. Usually takes about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add in can of Canned Crushed Tomatoes (3 1/3 cups) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 tsp) . Cook for 5 more minutes simmering lightly.
Step 5
Stir in Heavy Cream (2 Tbsp) and chopped basil and take off heat. Toss with cooked pasta.
