Ginger Peach Iced Tea

Cooking Instructions

Peel and cut the Yellow Peaches (2 cups) into small pieces.

In the saucepan over high heat, combine peach, Granulated Sugar (1 cup) , Fresh Ginger (1 Tbsp) , and Water (1 cup) . Cook for about 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, use a potato masher to break down the peach. Keep stirring until it becomes a syrup with small chunks. Remove from heat and transfer to a container or a bowl. Set aside to cool down.

In a large jug, add Black Tea (6 bags) and tie them to the handles. Carefully pour Water (6 cups) into the jug. Stir and steep for 1-2 minutes.

In a glass, add about 2 Tbsp of cooled peach syrup depending on your preferred sweetness. Fill with Ice (4 cups) and pour in the tea.

Garnish your Iced Tea with Peach Wedge (1) and Fresh Mint (to taste) .
