Step 1
In a small bowl, add
Soy Sauce (1/2 cup)

Fuji Apple (1)
,
Sesame Oil (3 Tbsp)
,
Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp)
,
Fresh Ginger (1 tsp)
,
Garlic (3 cloves)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp)
. Mix until combined.
Step 2
Pour half of the marinade into the
Ground Beef (1 lb)
. Toss to combine. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat the
Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp)
on the non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add
Onion (1)
and cook for 2 minutes. Then add 2 Tbsp of marinade sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
Step 4
Stir in marinated beef and cook for 3 minutes. Then add 2 Tbsp of the sauce. Stir and simmer for 2 more minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the
Scallions (1 stalk)
and remove from the heat.
Step 6
Place beef on top of the cooked
White Rice (1 1/3 cups)
. Garnish with
White Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)
. Serve with the side dish of your choice.
