Cooking Instructions

Into a large bowl, add Wild Celeries (3 pieces), American Ginseng (3 pieces), Goji Berries (1 Tbsp), and Yuzhu (3 pieces). Cover with Water (1 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1 cup) and stir to combine. Let infuse for 6 hours at room temperature.

In a teacup measure Angostura Bitters (1 dash), 15 ml of Chinese Herbal Syrup, Lemon (1) and DEWAR'S® 12 (1 fl oz). Top with around a cup of hot water, then stir to combine.

Garnish with more angelica and goji berries and serve.
