Step 1
Combine
Pork (10.5 oz)
with the reserved 1/2 Tbsp of egg white,
Sesame Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Granulated Sugar (1 tsp)
,
Salt (1/2 tsp)
,
Light Soy Sauce (1/2 tsp)
,
Corn Starch (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Water (3 Tbsp)
and dash of pepper. Stir the mixture with a pair of chopsticks in one direction for about 3 minutes till sticky. Then add some
Spring Onions (to taste)
and
Red Chili Peppers (to taste)
and mix well.
Step 2
Place minced pork mixture in a steaming dish. Flatten the minced pork mixture and place the
Salted Duck Eggs (2)
yolks with some
Fresh Ginger (to taste)
.
Step 3
Steam minced pork at high heat for about 12 - 15 minutes or till cooked. Then use a pair of scissors to cut the salted egg yolks into pieces.
Step 4
Garnish with some cut spring onion and chilli and serve immediately.
