Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Line baking sheets with parchment paper, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Sift together Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/3 cup), Salt (3/4 teaspoon), Baking Soda (1/4 teaspoon) and Baking Powder (2 1/4 teaspoon), then set aside.
Step 3
Cream Butter (1 1/2 stick) and Granulated Sugar (1 1/3 cup) until light and creamy.
Step 4
Add the Large Egg (3) one at the time, beating well after each egg. Add the Red Food Coloring (1 fluid ounce), Milk (2 tablespoon) and Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon).
Step 5
Mix this until all is incorporated. Add the All-Purpose Flour (3 cup) until just mixed in, then add Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 cup). Do not over mix, or cookies will be tough.
Step 6
Scoop with a cookie scoop then roll in Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 package) and coat really well.
Step 7
Place on the lined baking sheets and bake for 10-14 minutes.
Step 8
Let cool. Serve and enjoy!
