Line baking sheets with parchment paper, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Sift together the All-Purpose Flour (3 cups), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/3 cup), Salt (1 tsp), Baking Soda (as needed), and Baking Powder (2 tsp), then set aside.

Cream Butter (1 1/2 sticks) and Granulated Sugar (1 1/3 cups) until light and creamy.

Add the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (3) one at the time, beating well after each egg. Add the Red Food Coloring (1 fl oz), Milk (2 Tbsp) and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp).
