Line baking sheets with parchment paper, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Sift together the
All-Purpose Flour (3 cups)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/3 cup)
Salt (3/4 tsp)
Baking Soda (1/4 tsp)
Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
, then set aside.
Butter (1 1/2 sticks)
Granulated Sugar (1 1/3 cups)
until light and creamy.
Large Eggs (3)
one at the time, beating well after each egg. Add the
Red Food Coloring (1 fl oz)
Milk (2 Tbsp)
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
Mix this until all is incorporated. Add in the dry ingredients until just mixed in, then add the
NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels (1 cup)
. Do not over-mix or cookies will be tough.
Scoop with a cookie scoop then roll in
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (as needed)
and coat really well.
Place on the lined baking sheets and bake for 10-14 minutes.
