Lean Ground Beef
1 pckg
Taco Seasoning
1 can
(15 oz)
Tomato Sauce
1 can
(14.5 oz)
Diced Tomatoes
1 can
(15 oz)
1 can
(4 oz)
Mild Diced Green Chiles , drained
2 cups
Beef Broth
2 Cups of Water
2 cups
Elbow Macaroni
1 cup
Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend

Directions

Step 1
Brown Lean Ground Beef (1 lb) over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes. Drain if necessary.
Step 2
Add Taco Seasoning (1 pckg) , Tomato Sauce (1 can) , Diced Tomatoes (1 can) , Sweet Corn (1 can) , Mild Diced Green Chiles (1 can) , and Beef Broth (2 cups) . Mix everything together and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add Elbow Macaroni (2 cups) , stir, reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Stir occasionally.
Step 4
Turn off the heat. Taste for seasoning and adjust it to your liking, stir and sprinkle the Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup) . Cover until the cheese is melted.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
