Brown Lean Ground Beef (1 pound) over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes. Drain if necessary.
Add Taco Seasoning (1 package), Tomato Sauce (1 can), Diced Tomatoes (1 can), Sweet Corn (1 can), Mild Diced Green Chiles (1 can), and Beef Broth (2 cup). Mix everything together and bring to a boil.
Add Elbow Macaroni (2 cup), stir, reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Stir occasionally.
Turn off the heat. Taste for seasoning and adjust it to your liking, stir and sprinkle the Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup). Cover until the cheese is melted.
