Step 1
Add
Chicken Drumsticks (2.5 lb)
to a large bowl. Add
Butter (1/4 cup)

Cajun Seasoning (2 Tbsp)

Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp)

Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)

Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and juice of the
Limes (2)
. Using hands or a large spoon, mix everything together until chicken is well coated.
Step 2
Cover chicken and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Once marinated, allow chicken to rest for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
Step 4
Arrange chicken in a large baking pan and pour all of the marinade on top.
Step 5
Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 45-55 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool and serve!
