Add Chicken Drumsticks (2.5 lb) to a large bowl. Add Butter (4 Tbsp), Cajun Seasoning (2 Tbsp), Onion Powder (2 tsp), Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Salt (2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and juice of the Limes (2). Using hands or a large spoon, mix everything together until chicken is well coated.
