Add Chicken Drumstick (2.5 pound) to a large bowl. Add Butter (1/4 cup), Cajun Seasoning (2 tablespoon), Onion Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1 1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and juice of the Lime (2). Using hands or a large spoon, mix everything together until chicken is well coated.
Cover chicken and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Once marinated, allow chicken to rest for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
Arrange chicken in a large baking pan and pour all of the marinade on top.
Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 45-55 minutes.
Let cool and serve!
