Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Using a knife cut Boneless Netted Fresh Pork Shoulder Roast (6 lb) into the 4-5 inch cubes on a cutting board. Liberally sprinkle Taco Seasoning (2 Tbsp) over the pork.
Step 2
Pour Apple Cider (2 cups) , Apple Cider Vinegar (1 cup) , and Liquid Smoke (1 tsp) into the Instant Pot. Then place pork in the liquid.
Step 3
Cook on manual high pressure for 60 minutes.
Step 4
Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally. Remove the lid once the lid is depressurized.
Step 5
Use large forks to shred the meat in the Instant Pot.
Step 6
Use the tongs the serve the pulled pork onto the Slider Buns (4) and top with Coleslaw Mix (2 cups) . Enjoy!
