Using a knife cut
Boneless Pork Shoulder (6 lb)
into 4-5 inch cubes on a cutting board. Liberally sprinkle
Taco Seasoning (2 Tbsp)
over the pork.
Apple Cider (2 cups)
Apple Cider Vinegar (1 cup)
Liquid Smoke (1 tsp)
into the Instant Pot. Then place pork in the liquid.
Cook on manual high pressure for 60 minutes.
Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally. Remove the lid once the lid is depressurized.
Use large forks to shred the meat in the Instant Pot.
Use the tongs the serve the pulled pork onto the
Slider Buns (4)
and top with
Coleslaw Mix (2 cups)
