Author's Notes

Yields 6-8 servings.

I used Better Than Bouillon, but any bouillon of your choice is fine.

For a country-style gravy, add chopped sausage, and 1/2 cup soy milk or more.

Store in the fridge for 5-7 days and reheat leftover gravy in a saucepan.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a medium-sized pan, add Corn Starch (3 Tbsp) and Vegetable Broth (2 1/2 cups) , mix with a fork or whisk until dissolved.
Step 2
Add Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp) , Onion Powder (1/2 tsp) , Poultry Seasoning (1/2 tsp) , Nutritional Yeast (2 Tbsp) , Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Dry Mustard (1/2 tsp) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
