Author's Notes

Yields 6-8 servings.

I used Better Than Bouillon, but any bouillon of your choice is fine.

For a country-style gravy, add chopped sausage, and 1/2 cup soy milk or more.

Store in the fridge for 5-7 days and reheat leftover gravy in a saucepan.

In a medium-sized pan, add Corn Starch (3 Tbsp) and Vegetable Broth (2 1/2 cups), mix with a fork or whisk until dissolved.

Add Garlic Powder (as needed), Onion Powder (as needed), Poultry Seasoning (as needed), Nutritional Yeast (2 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Dry Mustard (as needed), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
