Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.

and crush them into fine crumbs, either in a food processor or just sealed in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin. Set the crumbs aside.

Set up a line with the

first, the egg mixture next, and finally, the potato chip crumbs.
Coat the chicken tenders with one hand in the egg mixture, then use the other hand to coat it in the potato chips. As you coat, each one, lay them out in a single layer on the lined sheet tray.
Bake the chicken for 30 minutes so that the chip crumbs get golden and crisp.
