How To Prepare The Ingredients

This recipe can make 24 pieces of puff bites. You can easily prepare these ingredients with these easy and quick steps:
  • Puff Pastry - lay it flat on a clean surface or large chopping board and cut it into 24 equal squares. If you have a pastry ruler, you can also use it to measure it equally.
  • Brie Cheese - you will also need to cut this round cheese into 24 equal pieces. You can try and eyeball it and begin from the ends or cut from the middle. If slicing from the middle, you can do five slices by three slices, and you should come up with 24 brie cheese cubes.
  • Pecans - give your pecans a rough chop, and don’t forget to include more for garnish.

You can replace frozen puff pastry with 1 tube (8 oz.) of Crescent Dough Pastry Sheet.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Cut Brie Cheese Round (1) into 24 equal small cubes (about 1/4-inch cube).
Step 3
Cut the Puff Pastry (1 sheet) into 24 equal squares.
Step 4
Spray Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) on mini muffin tin, gently press the pastry dough in each tin.
Step 5
Place in brie cubes. Use a teaspoon to scoop in the Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce (3/4 cup) then sprinkle on top with Pecans (1/3 cup) and Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs) .
Step 6
Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Step 8
Serve with more chopped pecans if desired.
