Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine Turkey (3 cups), Yellow Onion (1), Whole Kernel Corn (1 can), Diced Green Chiles (1 can), Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup), Sour Cream (1/2 cup) and Enchilada Sauce (1/2 can).

To a large baking dish, add Enchilada Sauce (1/2 can).

Add a few generous spoonfuls of the mixture to the middle of each 6-Inch Corn Tortillas (12), around 1/3 cup. Wrap and place in a baking dish seam side down. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

Cover with remaining Enchilada Sauce (1 can) and sprinkle with remaining Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup).

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Serve warm topped with Fresh Cilantro (to taste) and sour cream.
