Author's Notes

If you can’t get pear nectar, simply make your own by blending pears and sieving them through a fine strainer.

The spiced vanilla pear nectar can be made up to 5 days in advance. Strain out the spices and store them in a clean airtight container until ready to mix the drinks.

If serving a group at once, Strain all the spiced pear nectar into a large pitcher with the vodka. Pour around 1/3 cup of the mixture into a glass with ice and top with seltzer water.

In a small saucepan over medium heat add Pear Nectar (3 cups), Cinnamon Sticks (2), Whole Cloves (4), Star Anise (1 piece), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Bring to a boil.
step 2
Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes, so the flavors can combine. Remove from heat and stir in Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp) and 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice (1), Set aside to cool.
step 3
In a jar with a lid or cocktail shaker, Pour in 1/4 cup of the pear nectar. Add GREY GOOSE® Vodka (15 fl oz) and top with Ice (to taste). Shake to combine.
