Preheat oven to 220 degrees C (425 degrees F) air-fry plus. Cut potatoes into 35-40mm cubes.

Combine

Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)

Sea Salt Flakes (to taste)
, and
Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
in a large bowl, add
Potatoes (2.2 lb)
and toss to coating well. Transfer to a single layer on the air-fry tray.
Step 3
Put tray onto shelf 3 (middle of the oven) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4
Season, and serve with
Sweet Chili Sauce (to taste)
and
Sour Cream (to taste)
