Step 1
Prepare Farro (1 1/2 cup) per package directions. While farro is cooking, prepare the dressing.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the Champagne Vinegar (3 tablespoon), Dijon Mustard (2 teaspoon), Shallot (1 teaspoon), Kosher Salt (3/4 teaspoon), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon). Continue to whisk while slowly adding the Olive Oil (1/4 cup) until the vinaigrette is well combined. Stir in the Fresh Garlic Chives (1 tablespoon).
