Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Inside a mixer, combine together the Butter (125 gram), Caster Sugar (1/2 cup), and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup).
Then, add the Egg (1), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup), and Red Food Coloring (2 tablespoon). Beat everything together.
While the mixer is beating, Slowly add the Self-Rising Flour (3/4 cup). After everything is mixed well, fold in the White Chocolate Chips (250 gram) into the dough.
Roll the dough into a spoon full of small cookie balls. Then, bake the cookies inside a preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool for a few minutes and serve!
