Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Inside a mixer, combine together the
Butter (1/2 cup)

Caster Sugar (1/2 cup)

Then, add the

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup)

Red Food Coloring (2 Tbsp)
. Beat everything together.

While the mixer is beating, Slowly add the
Self-Rising Flour (3/4 cup)
. After everything is mixed well, fold in the
White Chocolate Chips (1 1/2 cups)
into the dough.
Step 5
Roll the dough into a spoon full of small cookie balls. Then, bake the cookies inside a preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 6
Let the cookies cool for a few minutes and serve!
