Start cracking the eggs by breaking the shells enough that they got crack marks over the surface, but not so much that the shell will break off.

Get 6 cups, and fill each cup with some Water (to taste), and add a teaspoon of Food Coloring (2 Tbsp) into each. Gently take each egg and put it inside each cup, and allow them to stand for about 20 minutes.
