Step 1
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with a non-stick silicone mat or parchment paper.
Step 3
Add
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 cups)
,
Pecan Meal (3/4 cup)
,
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Sea Salt (1/8 tsp)
into a large bowl, stir to combine.
Step 4
In separate bowl, combine
Cinnamon Apple Sauce (1/2 cup)
,
Coconut Sugar (1/4 cup)
,
Honey (1/4 cup)
,
Milk (1/2 cup)
, and
Egg (1)
. Whisk everything until well combined.
Step 5
Once you've grated the
Honeycrisp Apples (1 cup)
, remove all liquid by squeezing with a clean paper towel Add grated apples to wet ingredients and stir again to combine.
Step 6
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients, and gently mix together.
Step 7
Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to scoop the cookie mixture onto the baking sheet. I used the bottom side of measuring cup to gently flatten each cookie.
Step 8
Bake cookies for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
Step 9
For a sweeter cookie, allow to cool and drizzle with homemade
Torani® Puremade Caramel Sauce (1 cup)
