Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place Paximadia (1) halves cut side up on a plate & drizzle with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (to taste) .
Step 2
Cover paximadia halves with Tomatoes (2) , pouring all of their juices on top as well.
Step 3
Sprinkle Feta Cheese (1/4 cup) on top of tomatoes.
Step 4
Drizzle each dako with a little more olive oil.
Step 5
Sprinkle Dried Greek Oregano (to taste) on top of feta.
Step 6
Serve with Olives (to taste) . Enjoy!
