Place Paximadia (1) halves cut side up on a plate & drizzle with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (to taste).
Cover paximadia halves with Tomato (2), pouring all of their juices on top as well.
Sprinkle Feta Cheese (1/4 cup) on top of tomatoes.
Drizzle each dako with a little more olive oil.
Sprinkle Dried Greek Oregano (to taste) on top of feta.
Serve with Olives (to taste). Enjoy!
