Heat the Whole Milk (2 cups) in a small saucepan over medium to medium high heat until it starts to very gently boil. Whisk in the 70% Dark Chocolate (3/4 cup) until it is smooth. Continue to whisk and cook the hot chocolate for about 2-3 minutes until it really comes together and thickens.

Take the pot off of the heat and whisk in the Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (as needed) until it dissolves. Pour it into 4 small mugs. Serve immediately and enjoy!
