Heat the Whole Milk (2 cups) in a small saucepan over medium to medium high heat until it starts to very gently boil. Whisk in the 70% Dark Chocolate (3/4 cup) until it is smooth. Continue to whisk and cook the hot chocolate for about 2-3 minutes until it really comes together and thickens.

Take the pot off of the heat and whisk in the Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) and Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp) until it dissolves. Pour it into 4 small mugs. Serve immediately and enjoy!
