In a shallow bowl, e.g. a pie dish, whisk together Non-Dairy Milk (1 cup), All-Purpose Flour (2 Tbsp), Nutritional Yeast (1 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), Chai Spice (2 tsp), Ground Flaxseed (1/2 tsp), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Salt (1 pinch).

Slice up the French Bread (6 slices) into about 1 inch thick slices. Heat Coconut Oil (as needed) in a large skillet over medium heat.

Coat a slice of bread in the french toast liquid for about 10 seconds on each side. The bread should feel slightly heavier but not soaked completely through. That's the trick!
