Cooking Instructions

step 1
Break Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (5 3/4 cups) into the food processor. Blitz them until they are completely crumbed up and smooth. The result should have a wet sand consistency.
step 2
Chop the Cream Cheese (1 cup) into small cubes and drop into the food processor. Blitz until all the cream cheese is completely mixed in with the cookie crumbs.
step 3
Put the mixture in a dish. Take small amounts and roll into a ball with your hands. Place onto a tray lined with baking powder. Continue with the rest of the mixture and place tray in the fridge for 45 minutes.
step 4
Melt Milk Chocolate (1 3/4 cups) in the microwave using a microwave safe bowl. Drop a ball into the chocolate and swirl until completely covered, then replace back onto the tray. Repeat with each ball. Put the tray back in the fridge until the chocolate has completely hardened.
step 5
Serve and enjoy!
