Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C), and put baking stone in oven.
Step 2
Spread Crème Fraîche (3 Tbsp) on Flatbread (1) or tortilla, then spoon Just Jan’s® Balsamic Onion Savory Spread (3 Tbsp) over top.
Step 3
Sprinkle cooked Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (4 slices) , Gruyère Cheese (1/2 cup) and Brussels Sprouts (to taste) if you are using them.
Step 4
Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes on a preheated baking stone. Transfer to the oven rack until crisp.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
