Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C), and put baking stone in oven.
Spread Crème Fraîche (3 tablespoon) on Flatbread (1) or tortilla, then spoon Just Jan’s® Balsamic Onion Savory Spread (3 tablespoon) over top.
Sprinkle cooked Smoked Bacon (4 slice), Gruyère Cheese (1/2 cup) and Brussels Sprouts (to taste) if you are using them.
Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes on a preheated baking stone. Transfer to the oven rack until crisp.
