Melt the White Chocolate (150 gram) in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each turn until smooth. Trim the top of the Chocolate Muffin (1) and place head down on a plate.
Dip the Malt Balls (155 gram) in the melted white chocolate and attach to the base of the muffin, forming a ring. Continue adding malt balls until the entire muffin is covered.
Using leftover melted chocolate, drizzle on the top of the malt ball covered muffin. Let sit in fridge to harden.
When the chocolate is hard, drizzle more melted chocolate on the top and place a few pieces of Tutti Frutti Candy (to taste) in the chocolate.
