Cooking Instructions
1.
Put Butter (1 1/2 cups) into a saucepan. Add Caster Sugar (1/3 cup), Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), and Golden Syrup (2 1/2 Tbsp). Stir over low heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Add Salt (1 tsp) and Whipping Cream (3/4 cup), and gently stir for a minute or until the mixture is combined. Set the caramel.
3.
In the bowl of a mixer, add Butter (1 cup) and beat until pale and fluffy.
4.
Turn on the beaters again and slowly incorporate the caramel mixture to the butter. Add Brandy (1 1/2 Tbsp) and beat again.
5.
Remove the butter into some ramekins and cover with plastic wrap before cooling in the fridge to set.
6.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
