Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place Granny Smith Apples (7) in a large bowl. Add Granulated Sugar (1 cup) and Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , toss to coat apples, and let sit for 1 hour.
Step 2
Prepare grill or smoker for indirect cooking at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 3
Combine All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups) , Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) , Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Large Eggs (2) , and Salt (1 pinch) in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine into small crumbles.
Step 4
Place apples in a dutch oven, top with crumble batter mixture, and drizzle with Butter (1/2 cup) .
Step 5
Cook in smoker or grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until brown.
Step 6
Serve immediately with Vanilla Ice Cream (to taste) . Enjoy!
