Add Ground Chicken (1.1 lb), Breadcrumbs (1 cup), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Using clean hands, mix everything together until combined.

Using wet hands, divide the mixture into 4 even portions. Shape into patties.

Reusing the same frying pan from before, add a little more Olive Oil (to taste). Cook patties over medium to high heat.
