In a large frying pan over medium heat, add Olive Oil (to taste), Garlic (2 clove), and Scallion (2). Cook while occasionally stirring for about a minute, or until the onions soften.
Once the onions soften, turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a heatproof bowl.
Add Ground Chicken (500 gram), Breadcrumbs (1 cup), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Using clean hands, mix everything together until combined.
Using wet hands, divide the mixture into 4 even portions. Shape into patties.
Reusing the same frying pan from before, add a little more Olive Oil (to taste). Cook patties over medium to high heat.
Cook and turn patties for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are cooked all the way through. Once fully cooked, set aside.
Reusing the same pan, cook Bacon (to taste).
Split Soft Bread Rolls (4) in half. Pour a little bit of Caesar Dressing (to taste) on both the top and bottom halves of the roll. Top each roll with Lettuce (to taste), Bacon (to taste), chicken patty, and Parmesan Cheese (to taste).
