Step 1
In a large frying pan over medium heat, add
Olive Oil (as needed)
,
Garlic (2 cloves)
, and
Scallions (1 bunch)
. Cook while occasionally stirring for about a minute, or until the onions soften.
Step 2
Once the onions soften, turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a heatproof bowl.
Step 3
Add
Ground Chicken (1.1 lb)
,
Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
, and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Using clean hands, mix everything together until combined.
Step 4
Using wet hands, divide the mixture into 4 even portions. Shape into patties.
Step 5
Reusing the same frying pan from before, add a little more
Olive Oil (to taste)
. Cook patties over medium to high heat.
Step 6
Cook and turn patties for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are cooked all the way through. Once fully cooked, set aside.
Step 7
Reusing the same pan, cook
Bacon (to taste)
.
Step 8
Split
Soft Bread Rolls (4)
in half. Pour a little bit of
Caesar Dressing (to taste)
on both the top and bottom halves of the roll. Top each roll with
Lettuce (to taste)
,
Bacon (to taste)
, chicken patty, and
Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
