Almond Flour

or Ground Almonds

Hemp Hearts

1 cup

Aged Goat Cheese , grated

or White Cheddar or Non-Dairy Cheese

3 Tbsp

Ground Flaxseed

•

1 Tbsp

Italian Seasoning

•

1 Tbsp

Simply Organic Garlic Powder

Eggland's Best Classic Eggs , whisked

•

1/2 cup

Water

•

4 Tbsp

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

•

1/2 tsp

Sea Salt

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Grease a baking sheet or line one with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine Almond Flour (1 cup) , Hemp Hearts (1 cup) , Aged Goat Cheese (1 cup) , Ground Flaxseed (3 Tbsp) , Italian Seasoning (1 Tbsp) and Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp) . Mix well.

Add to the bowl, Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) , Water (1/2 cup) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 Tbsp) and Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) . Combine. To save time, you can also combine all the ingredients into a food processor. The dough should be wet and sticky.

Pour on to baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Be careful it doesn't burn. If you want it crispier, you can cook it a little longer. It will become golden brown.

Cut into squares or triangles.

Serve with your favorite dip.
