Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Grease a baking sheet or line one with parchment paper.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine
Almond Flour (1 cup)
,
Hemp Seeds (1 cup)
,
Aged Goat Cheese (1 cup)
,
Ground Flaxseed (3 Tbsp)
,
Italian Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
and
Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp)
. Mix well.
Step 4
Add to the bowl,
Eggs (2)
,
Water (1/2 cup)
,
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
and
Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)
. Combine. To save time, you can also combine all the ingredients into a food processor. The dough should be wet and sticky.
Step 5
Pour on to baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Be careful it doesn't burn. If you want it crispier, you can cook it a little longer. It will become golden brown.
Step 6
Cut into squares or triangles.
Step 7
Serve with your favorite dip.
