Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Grease a baking sheet or line one with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine Almond Flour (1 cup), Hemp Seeds (1 cup), Aged Goat Cheese (1 cup), Ground Flaxseed (3 tablespoon), Italian Seasoning (1 tablespoon) and Garlic Powder (1 tablespoon). Mix well.
Add to the bowl, Egg (2), Water (1/2 cup), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 tablespoon) and Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Combine. To save time, you can also combine all the ingredients into a food processor. The dough should be wet and sticky.
Pour on to baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Be careful it doesn't burn. If you want it crispier, you can cook it a little longer. It will become golden brown.
Cut into squares or triangles.
Serve with your favorite dip.
