Author's Notes

To make sure there are no cracks, bake in a water bath. Don’t open the oven door while baking. Leave in the oven for one hour after you turn the oven off. And always cool a cheesecake to room temperature before refrigerating or you will trap in condensation and make it soggy.

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Grease a 9-inch spring form pan, press the Nestle® Pecan Turtle Delight Cookie Dough (1 lb) evenly onto the bottom and bake approximately 15 minutes or until brown on edges. Completely cool on a wire rack.

Mix the Philadelphia Original Soft Cheese (1 cup), Greek Yogurt (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Egg (1), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) with a hand mixer and pour over the cookie crust.
