Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Grease a 9-inch spring form pan, press the Nestle® Pecan Turtle Delight Cookie Dough (16 ounce) evenly onto the bottom and bake approximately 15 minutes or until brown on edges. Completely cool on a wire rack.
Place Rolo® Chocolate Candies (15) on the cooled cookie crust.
Mix the Cream Cheese (8 ounce), Greek Yogurt (8 ounce), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Egg (1), and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) with a hand mixer and pour over the cookie crust.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until lightly brown on the edges, then cool completely.
Chop up the Rolo® Chocolate Candies (1/2 cup), Dark Chocolate Chips (1/8 cup), and White Chocolate Chips (1/8 cup).
Top the cheesecake with Whipped Topping (8 ounce), chopped caramel cups and chocolate chips, and Dulce de Leche (to taste).
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
