Grease a 9-inch spring form pan, press the

evenly onto the bottom and bake approximately 15 minutes or until brown on edges. Completely cool on a wire rack.
Rolo® Chocolate Candies (15)
on the cooled cookie crust.
Cream Cheese (1 cup)
Greek Yogurt (1 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
with a hand mixer and pour over the cookie crust.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until lightly brown on the edges, then cool completely.
Chop up the
Rolo® Chocolate Candies (1/2 cup)
Dark Chocolate Chips (2 Tbsp)
White Chocolate Chips (2 Tbsp)
Top the cheesecake with
Whipped Topping (3 3/4 cups)
, chopped caramel cups and chocolate chips, and
La Lechera® Dulce de Leche (to taste)
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
