Make your shrub by chopping or slicing your Mandarin Orange (4), Grapefruit (1), Satsumas (2), and Blood Orange (1) and combining it in a bowl with Granulated Sugar (1 cup). Mash together.
Cover and let sit 1-2 days. After 1-2 days, strain the liquid out and mix with Champagne Vinegar (1 cup).
Combine 1 part Botanical Gin (to taste) and 2 parts shrub in a punch bowl. Top with Sunkist Orange (to taste).
When ready to enjoy, pour 1 part Citrus Shrub Punch into glass with 1 part Club Soda (to taste). Garnish with Sunkist Orange (to taste), Madagascar Vanilla Bean (to taste), and Edible Dried Rose Petals (to taste).
