Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Make your shrub by chopping or slicing your Mandarin Oranges (4) , Grapefruit (1) , Satsumas (2) , and Blood Orange (1) and combining it in a bowl with Granulated Sugar (1 cup) . Mash together.
Step 2
Cover and let sit 1-2 days. After 1-2 days, strain the liquid out and mix with Champagne Vinegar (1 cup) .
Step 3
Combine 1 part Botanical Gin (to taste) and 2 parts shrub in a punch bowl. Top with Oranges (to taste) .
Step 4
When ready to enjoy, pour 1 part Citrus Shrub Punch into glass with 1 part Club Soda (to taste) . Garnish with Oranges (to taste) , Madagascar Vanilla Bean (to taste) , and Edible Dried Rose Petals (to taste) .
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
