Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In bowl combine Balsamic Vinegar (8 tablespoon), Water (1/4 cup), and Vanilla Extract (2 tablespoon). Mix and set aside. In a frying pan add Plum (10) and pour the vinegar mixture over plums, pour Coconut Sugar (1/2 cup). Bring to a boil and then quickly reduce heat to low.
Step 2
Simmer until liquid has reduced by half and plums start to get a semi-soft (not mushy). If using Fresh Blueberries (to taste) be sure to add these a few seconds before plums get ready so they keep their texture and don't become mushy.
Step 3
Serve and enjoy!
