Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add the Onion (1) and Garlic (2 cloves) into the saucepan with Olive Oil (as needed) .
Step 2
Add in Ground Turkey (1.1 lb) and break it up. Cook it for 6-8 minutes to give it some colour.
Step 3
Add Frozen Mixed Vegetables (1 1/2 cups) , Evaporated Milk (1/2 cup) , and Creamed Corn (1/2 cup) . Stir to make it mix well over low heat for 6 minutes.
Step 4
Spoon a small amount of mixture onto two of these pieces of Puff Pastry (6 sheets) .
Step 5
Place the other two ones on top and gently press them.
Step 6
Put them on the tray and spray them with Olive Oil (to taste) .
Step 7
Preheat them in 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Serve and enjoy!
