Remove the excess fat from the Spare Ribs (2 racks) and put them in a bowl. Add in the Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Garlic (4 cloves),Chicken Bouillon Powder (1 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (as needed), Soy Sauce (1 tsp), and juice from Lemons (2). Mix everything well.

Place the ribs in an aluminium lined baking tin. Drizzle all the liquid from the bowl onto the ribs, and put the lid on. Bake under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
