Step 1
Remove the excess fat from the
Spare Ribs (2 racks)
and put them in a bowl. Add in the
Dried Oregano (1 tsp)

Garlic (4 cloves)
,
Chicken Bouillon Powder (1 Tbsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
,
Soy Sauce (1 tsp)
, and juice from
Lemons (2)
. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Place the ribs in an aluminium lined baking tin. Drizzle all the liquid from the bowl onto the ribs, and put the lid on. Bake under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Step 3
Remove liquids and brush with
Barbecue Sauce (1/2 cup)
, broil for 5 minutes on each side.
